Returns and Exchanges
We hope you LOVE your purchase from us! If you need to exchange an item, please do so within 14 days of purchase. Please note we can do an exchange or offer you store credit. We do not offer refunds. If you ever have any questions about the fit or size of something before purchasing, be sure the check out our fit videos on our app! Comment Sold purchases are available for Comment Sold credit or exchange. In Store purchases can be exchanged in store and store credit can also be issued there. If you would like to bring an item to us our physical location address is 105 Gallaher St. Three Rivers, TX!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn with ALL tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and after receiving the okay, please send your item to PO BOX 1430 Three Rivers, TX 78071.
Gift cards, Jewelry, Sale items and accessories
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will exchange your item if we have it in stock or issue you a store credit.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
